These Terms and Conditions govern use of malamadremotorcycles.com and purchases, motorcycle rental bookings and related services supplied by PT MALAMADRE MOTOR BALI ("Malamadre", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website or placing an order or booking, you agree to these Terms.

2. WEBSITE USE
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse content or provide false information. Website content, photographs, designs, logos and trademarks belong to Malamadre or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product and service descriptions, availability and prices may change without notice. We try to display information and colours accurately, but device displays may vary. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Applicable delivery charges, taxes or other charges will be displayed where relevant. Orders and bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully authorised and we issue confirmation. Payments may be processed by Shopify, Xendit or other authorised payment providers.

4. MERCHANDISE ORDERS
Customers must provide complete and accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays outside our reasonable control may occur. Ownership and risk pass as provided by applicable law and the selected delivery method. Merchandise returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

5. MOTORCYCLE RENTALS
The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). Riders must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid motorcycle licence accepted for riding in Indonesia. The customer must present requested identification and licence documents and comply with applicable traffic laws.

Rental prices, included equipment and optional services are shown on the relevant booking page. Unless stated otherwise, rentals include two helmets, a phone holder and one full tank of petrol. Insurance is not included unless separately selected and paid for. The rider is responsible for the motorcycle, keys, accessories, fines, fuel beyond the included amount, misuse and damage not covered by an applicable insurance option.

Motorcycles must be collected and returned at the agreed time and location in substantially the same condition, allowing for normal use. Late returns, excessive cleaning, missing items, fuel shortages, damage or unauthorised use may result in additional charges where permitted by law.

Rental bookings may be cancelled for a refund when we receive the cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, no-shows and cancellations after the rental period starts are non-refundable.

We may refuse or end a rental where a rider cannot provide a valid licence, appears impaired, rides dangerously, uses the motorcycle unlawfully or breaches these Terms. Safety instructions and local laws must be followed at all times.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Change-of-mind purchases and sale, discounted or clearance items are not refundable, except where required by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment provider.

7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must promptly notify us of unauthorised use or payment concerns.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and services may rely on third parties including Shopify, Xendit, booking providers, delivery companies and external links. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or events outside our reasonable control.

9. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Malamadre is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed delivery, rental interruption or events outside our reasonable control. Motorcycle riding involves inherent risks. Customers remain responsible for riding safely, using protective equipment and complying with the law.

10. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information required for payment, fulfilment, fraud prevention and rental administration may be shared with relevant service providers.

11. CHANGES
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this website with its effective date. Changes do not affect rights already accrued under applicable law.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Indonesia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
